Paramount Theater

This is what it looked like back in 1930. The Paramount was built in 1929, and the hotel behind it was built in 1927. The theater was built for the purpose to entertain the guests that stayed at this hotel. Today they are both still open, and the hotel is now an apartment tower and the theater is still used today. The theater was used in WWII to entertain the solders while being transported to New York. The original projectors are still in the theater, though they have been moved so newer once could be installed.
